Description

The Khair Community Center project is an 8,000 SF structural steel framed ground-up building which includes a large prayer hall with 25-foot high ceilings, classrooms on the mezzanine level overlooking the prayer hall, kitchen, and bathrooms with custom ablution areas. This project was unique as the elevator shaft was constructed 16 foot below grade level in order to accommodate future building expansion plans that will include a basement. The 30 foot tall steel structure above roof level was also erected for their future plans of a finished minaret structure.
